The three major U.S. stock indexes closed collectively higher, the Dow rose 1.09%, the Nasdaq rose 1.18%, the S&P 500 index rose 1.02%, the Nasdaq, S&P 500 index continued to hit a new record high, large technology stocks rose, Nvidia rose more than 2%, Apple, Microsoft, Google rose more than 1%.
