Franklin Files Ether Spot ETF Securities Registration Application With SEC
July 11 (Bloomberg) -- Franklin has filed an application for securities registration (Form 8-A12B) for an Ether Spot ETF with the U.S. SEC, according to public filings.The filing of the Form 8-A document means that the issuer will be able to trade on exchanges as soon as the product is approved, and signals progress toward potential approval of an Ether Spot ETF. According to previous news, BlackRock and Invesco Galaxy have filed Form 8-A12B with the SEC.
