Fed Chair Powell: Policy restrictive but not excessively tight
On July 16, Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell said that policy, while restrictive, is not overly tight.
Powell also mentioned that the neutral interest rate may have risen. When the Fed is confident about inflation, it is time to act.
