Boyaa Interactive: Investing $1 million in UTXO Fund and will cooperate with BTC Inc.

Boya Interactive announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that the group has recently signed a subscription agreement with UTXO Venture, LLC (UTXOVenture) and invested a total of $1 million in UTXO Bitcoin Ecosystem Fund 1 LP (UTXO Fund). UTXO Venture is the general partner of UTXO Fund. In addition to investing in UTXO Fund, the group will also carry out strategic cooperation with BTC Inc. in the Bitcoin ecosystem field. According to the information provided by UTXO Fund, UTXO Fund mainly focuses on emerging Bitcoin ecosystems, from consumer to institutional applications.
