Mt.Gox in Mentougou has repaid assets to over half of the creditors
According to a message from BlockBeats on July 16, based on the announcement released by Mt.Gox trustee Nobuaki Kobayashi, up until now the trustee has repaid BTC and BCH to over 13,000 creditors. Previously in its bankruptcy court documents and related reports, Mt.Gox mentioned that approximately 24,000 creditors had submitted claims.
Currently more than half of the repayments have been made. Once the following conditions are met, repayment will be immediately made to other creditors:
(i) Confirming the validity of registered accounts and other matters;
(ii) Indicating an intention to accept subscription receipt agreements at designated cryptocurrency trading platforms;
(iii) The trustee completing discussions about repayment with designated cryptocurrency trading platforms;
(iv) Confirming that repayment can be done securely and reliably. Creditors who meet these conditions are asked to wait for some time.
