Odaily News Snapshot shows that Arbitrum has launched a proposal for its Jumpstart Fund, hoping to give DAOs the power to define key issues, avoid cumbersome proposal processes, and directly fund early-stage projects, with a single grant of no more than $50,000. The current proposal opposition rate is 87.93%.
