The Linea team has completed the open sourcing of all code repositories
PANews reported on August 2nd that, according to an official announcement from Linea, Linea has initiated the first phase (Phase 1) of its decentralized roadmap and completed open-sourcing all code repositories. This is a significant step towards full decentralization. The open-source code follows Apache License 2.0, allowing anyone to view, fork and contribute. The current phase also includes achieving 100% EVM coverage through trusted execution via zkEVM. Linea's architecture includes Sequencer (responsible for block sorting, building and executing), State Manager (managing L2 network and account status), Coordinator (coordinating zk-proof creation and ensuring its persistence on the L1 ETH network), Traces API (providing trace counts and generating trace files for zk-proof) and Provers (generating execution, compression and aggregation of zk-SNARK proofs).
