According to on-chain analyst @ai_9684xtpa, the whale that ICOed 1 million ETH in 2015 recharged CEX with another 462 ETH eight hours ago, worth $1.16 million, at a cost as low as $0.31. Since July 8th, this whale has sold a total of 48,963 ETH valued at $155 million with an average selling price of $3169; currently it still holds 697 thousand ETH equivalent to over $1.7 billion.
