The Base network experienced a brief performance degradation that caused transaction delays, which has now been fixed
On September 22, Base protocol lead Jesse Pollak posted that at 23:38 GMT on September 22, the Base team noticed that the performance of its mainnet was degrading, appearing to include the mainnet (public RPC API, deposits, withdrawals, batch commits, and out-of-block), which was causing transactions to be delayed, and that the team was aware of the issue.
As of the time of posting, the issue has been fixed.
