Ripple CEO: The U.S. SEC disregards the court's ruling that XRP is not a security, overstepping its authority

Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse recently tweeted his opposition to the ongoing legal action by the U.S. SEC against XRP and related appeals in the Ripple case. Cryptocurrency derivatives platform Bitnomial recently sued the SEC over regulatory authority of XRP futures, which Brad Garlinghouse retweeted, stating that for a rebellious institution many people thought could not sink any lower, they have once again broken their own record. The SEC now believes it can be above the law, ignoring court rulings that XRP is not a security.
