Fox Reporter: The U.S. SEC may have overlooked the key date of October 16th in the Ripple case
October 17 news, according to Fox Business reporter Eleanor Terrett, Ripple's Chief Legal Counsel stated that October 16 was a significant deadline in the case between the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Ripple. The SEC may have overlooked this deadline without filing on Pacer.
Eleanor Terrett has sought comments from both the SEC and Ripple's Chief Legal Officer. Previously, Ripple's Chief Legal Counsel Ashley Prosper indicated that the final deadline for the US SEC to disclose its grounds for appeal was October 16.
