Less than two weeks away from the 2024 U.S. presidential election, the latest forecast by The Economist magazine in the UK predicts that former U.S. President and Republican candidate Donald Trump will win the election. This is the first time since August that their prediction model has forecasted a Trump victory.
According to predicted data, Trump is expected to secure 276 electoral votes in next month's election, while Vice President and Democratic candidate Harris will receive 262 votes. The probability of Trump winning is estimated at 54%, up six percentage points from last week.
