The top five locked values are: Arbitrum One (13.36 billion US dollars, down 2.87% on the 7th); Base (7.53 billion US dollars, down 4.75% on the 7th); OP Mainnet (5.9 billion US dollars, down 7.68% on the 7th); Mantle (1.35 billion US dollars, down 5.84% on the 7th); Blast (1.32 billion US dollars, down 8.6% on the 7th).
