Perplexity is raising funds at a valuation of 8 billion US dollars, with acquisition offers issued by X, Notion and OpenAI
According to The Information, AI search startup Perplexity is undergoing a new round of financing with a valuation of at least 8 billion dollars. X, Notion and OpenAI have all made acquisition offers to Perplexity ranging from 150 million to 200 million dollars, and Microsoft has also expressed interest in acquiring it.
