Therefore, Arbitrum has seen a net inflow of $2.4 billion, Optimism has seen a net inflow of $2.2 billion, and Base has seen a net inflow of $1.6 billion so far this year. In addition, Solana has seen a net inflow of $2.36 billion from Ethereum L1, with over $1 billion flowing back to the Ethereum ecosystem (42%).
