Tal Cohen, President of NASDAQ, said that artificial intelligence has helped NASDAQ increase productivity by about 10%-20%. Cohen introduced the main artificial intelligence investment made by the securities exchange operator during a panel discussion at the Singapore Fintech Festival, focusing on data, cloud technology, governance, and employee skill enhancement. Cohen said, "This has always been a major focus for us and our positioning over the past decade, not only around artificial intelligence but more broadly around automation.
