Base Founder: There are no plans to launch a token
Base founder Jesse Pollak stated on platform X that the Hyperliquid project shows it's a good thing to build a product people love before adding price complexity. In addition, Base network has no plans to launch tokens. The team is focused on building and hopes to solve practical problems, enabling people to build better.
