Industry insiders: We are currently in the early stages of a bull market, and retail investor participation is far from reaching 2021 levels
On December 5, at the Emergence conference in Prague, several cryptocurrency investors believed that the current bull market cycle is still in its early stages and retail participation is far from reaching the level of 2021. Viktor Fischer, managing partner of Rockaway X, stated that although bullish sentiment on social media is high and American politicians are beginning to support cryptocurrencies with Federal Reserve Chairman Powell even calling Bitcoin "digital gold", retail participation has not yet reached the levels seen in 2021. In terms of investment trends, venture capital firms are particularly focused on artificial intelligence agents as they believe this will be the most important trend following DeFi (Decentralized Finance), comparing its significance to Proof-of-Stake blockchains in 2018 and DeFi summer in 2020.
