Musk will represent DOGE on Capitol Hill to discuss federal government reform
Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy will go to Capitol Hill today to discuss major reform ideas for "implementing regulatory revocation, administrative reduction, and cost savings" with Republican members of the House and Senate. Earlier, US President-elect Trump announced on November 12 that Musk and Ramaswamy will jointly lead the Government Efficiency Department (DOGE) after he takes office as president, paving the way for dismantling government bureaucracies, reducing redundant regulations and wasteful spending, and restructuring federal agencies. All of this is part of Trump's "Save America" agenda for his second term in the White House.
