Genius Group acquires Bitcoin and Blockchain learning platform XD Academy
According to Globenewswire, NYSE-listed company Genius Group announced the acquisition of Bitcoin and blockchain learning platform XD Academy, with the specific purchase amount not yet disclosed. XD Academy was formerly known as BitMEX Academy, a learning education platform under cryptocurrency exchange BitMEX, which was later spun off for independent operation. It is reported that after the completion of the acquisition transaction, all course content from XD Academy will be integrated into Genius Group's learning platform.
