Cosmos' Interchain Foundation acquires Skip, Ethan Buchman steps down as Foundation leader
Swiss non-profit organization Interchain Foundation, which manages the development of Cosmos, has announced the acquisition of interoperability start-up company Skip. Skip will be renamed Interchain Inc and become the new main subsidiary of ICF. ICF will continue to operate as a Swiss foundation. In addition, Ethan Buchman, co-founder of Interchain, will no longer serve as a leader of this Swiss non-profit organization, but will continue to contribute to the ecosystem as a co-founder. The new phase will be achieved by combining Cosmos Hub and Stack to achieve new goals and Cosmos' vision.
