According to Securities China, Trump has been holding intensive meetings with Silicon Valley CEOs and invited Apple CEO Tim Cook to a dinner at Mar-a-Lago on Friday night. The report stated that Cook is the latest in a series of major tech leaders, including OpenAI's Altman, Meta's Mark Zuckerberg, and Amazon's Bezos, who are seeking to improve relations with the incoming president after unstable relationships during Trump's first term. Last month, Trump had dinner with Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg and met Alphabet CEO Sundar Pichai this Thursday. In addition, Trump said he plans to meet Amazon founder Jeff Bezos next week. It was reported that OpenAI’s CEO Altman donated $1 million to US President-elect Trump’s inauguration fund; artificial intelligence search startup Perplexity also donated $1 million; Meta recently confirmed it has donated $1 million to Trump’s inauguration fund; reportedly Amazon also plans to donate $1 million to US President-elect Trump’s inauguration fund.
