Nature's Miracle Holding Inc. (NMHI), a company listed on Nasdaq, announced that it will acquire 90% of the fully diluted shares of JY Marigold Ltd., a Bitcoin mining enterprise, for a total acquisition price of $5.32 million. The latter is currently building a 14 MW Bitcoin mining facility, which is expected to be operational in the first half of 2025. It is reported that NMHI is an agricultural technology company, and since Trump's election, some listed companies have begun to shift towards Bitcoin strategies.
