The Japanese listed company Metaplanet announced that it will issue the fifth series of interest-free ordinary bonds with a total amount of 50 billion yen. The funds raised will be used to accelerate the purchase of Bitcoin, and the bond maturity date is June 16, 2025. The company plans to ensure bond repayment funds through the proceeds from exercising the twelfth stock warrant.
