Ex-wife filed a lawsuit against co-founder Solana Stephen Ukridge, accusing him of hiding millions of dollars in cryptocurrency. According to Elisa Rossi, during the divorce proceedings, her now ex-husband deliberately failed to disclose that he was storing a significant amount of cryptocurrency.

Recall that in 2023, the couple filed for divorce after 10 years of living together, and under the agreement, Rossi was entitled to part of the tokens. Solana (SOL). The wife believes that the coins were staked. Akridge, having transferred control over her share, appropriated the rewards for himself, taking advantage of her poor knowledge of technical nuances, Rossi stated in the lawsuit.

The lawsuit alleges that Akridge manipulated the asset division process during their divorce, which was finalized in 2024. The co-founder's ex-wife calls the process "torturous."

According to the lawsuit, Rossi didn't learn of the cover-up until months later. She tried to negotiate her money back but was unsuccessful. In one conversation, she says, Akridge laughed at her request.

The lawsuit includes allegations of fraud, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and unjust enrichment. The case is currently being heard in San Francisco County Superior Court. Lawyers for the parties declined to comment on the lawsuit.
