Santiment: Active wallets in the past 30 days have been in a state of floating losses on BTC, ETH and most altcoins
Santiment posted an article stating that the average trading return can indicate whether buying low or selling high is the right time. Currently, active wallets in the past 30 days for BTC, ETH, ADA, DOGE, and most altcoins are in the negative range. When MVRV is negative, it means buying or increasing holdings while others are already in a loss. Historically, these "blood in the streets" moments are when professional traders make money. Santiment advises investors to trade cautiously and not assume that these opportunity zone signals will immediately turn around. However, the possibility suggests that cryptocurrencies will at least see a short to medium-term improvement, provided that economic or geopolitical factors do not hinder momentum.
