At CES 2025, Canaan Inc. presented two new cryptocurrency mining devices - Avalon Mini 3 and Avalon Nano 3S, which can be used at home.
In particular, the Avalon Mini 3 has hashrate 37,5 TH/s and offers users a dual-use solution. The equipment is capable of not only mining bitcoins, but also heating a living space. Control is available via a mobile application.
According to company representatives, this solution reduces energy costs and helps minimize the environmental footprint from emissions.
As for the Avalon Nano 3S miner, it is an updated version of the Nano 3 and offers hashrate 6 TH/s. According to the developers, the main advantages of the device are its compact size and affordable cost. The device is aimed at low power consumption, which will make it an ideal choice for beginner Bitcoin miners.
The above mentioned Bitcoin mining models are expected to hit the market in a month at prices of $899 and $249 respectively.
