Litecoin "rectifies" its own name: transparent, solves practical problems, has a hard cap and is completely decentralized
Litecoin posted on X to "rectify its name":
"I have run and tested many development improvements of Bitcoin.
I merge mine with other chains for protection.
I cooperate with other L1s to advocate for PoW.
I have experienced over 30,000 'projects/tokens'.
I added optional privacy for better 'money'.
At my last summit, at least 4 other chains were speakers/panel members.
Before 99% of market projects, I am always considered to join Paypal, Venmo, Grayscale, Fidelity etc.
My users, transactions and utility are all growing, most of which was achieved in the past 36 months.
All these have been running perfectly for more than 13 years.
Do you want to repeat saying that I'm worthless and dead like a tribal parrot?
I will outlive the lifespan of junk pushed by many people trying to make quick money.
Why? Because I am transparent, solve real problems, have a hard cap and fully decentralized. I have the support from loyal community members for 13 years who know why I matter... not just to them but also to you even if you mock me."
