Paradigm executives call for accelerated Ethereum development, suggesting multiple major upgrades each year
According to Theblock, Matt Huang, co-founder of crypto VC Paradigm, along with several executives, have called for accelerating the development speed of Ethereum. They suggest that Ethereum should release more than one major upgrade each year and oppose the view of protecting decentralization by slowing down or "rigidifying" core protocol development.
In addition to this, they also proposed several "uncontroversial improvements", including repricing L1 operation codes, improving batch transaction user experience and further developing rollups etc. Furthermore, Paradigm emphasized its work on the Reth client (currently accounting for 2% share of Ethereum execution clients) and invited the research community to collaborate in developing new feature prototypes.
