Cboe BZX once again submits spot Solana ETF application on behalf of multiple ETF issuers
Golden Finance reported that Cboe BZX Exchange Inc. has submitted a series of new documents to compete for the issuer of the spot Solana ETF. The exchange announced the 19b-4 documents for Canary Solana Trust, Bitwise Solana ETF, 21Shares Core Solana ETF and VanEck Solana Trust on Tuesday. The 19b-4 document is a document submitted by the exchange on behalf of the issuer. Once submitted, the approval process of the agency begins after being confirmed by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and published in the Federal Register. These applications were all rejected last year, and an unnamed potential issuer said that "all applications were withdrawn at the request of the SEC."
