Texas Senator Charles Schwertner re-submits strategic Bitcoin reserve bill

Texas Senator Charles Schwertner has resubmitted the state's Strategic Bitcoin Reserve Bill, allowing it to invest in Bitcoin or cryptocurrencies with a market value of at least $500 billion, and there is no purchase limit. Texas Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick previously announced that the state's Strategic Bitcoin Reserve Bill will be one of the top 40 priority bills for the Senate in 2025.
