Jupiter Founder: Meteora Co-founder Ben resigns, has hired an independent third-party law firm to issue a LIBRA investigation report

The founder of Jupiter, Meow, posted on social media that I am also the co-founder of Meteora. First and foremost, I want to reaffirm my confidence that no one from Jupiter or Meteora has been involved in any insider trading or financial misconduct, or improperly received any tokens.

Secondly, we have hired an independent third party (Fenwick & West, one of the most famous law firms in the world) to conduct an investigation and issue a report they will independently publish.

Thirdly, I support Ben and his statement. I believe what he said about there being no financial misconduct when dealing with partners. Meteora has been operating as an entity independent from Jupiter for over a year now with Ben at the helm while my involvement has been minimal. He excellently built up a team and created the most innovative DEX and most active LP community in the world over this past year.

While I have 100% confidence in Ben's character as project leader he has shown poor judgement over these past few months and neglected some core aspects of our project (considering its current scale and reputation). Unfortunately this is unacceptable. Ben understands this point and chose to resign. Looking forward into future we will be seeking new leadership for Meteora.
