Here are some common questions about mobile money transactions:
  1. Who is eligible to use these types of transactions?
    Generally, users in countries that issue the corresponding fiat currency are eligible. Some providers may have specific restrictions on certain currencies.
  2. What is the processing time for these orders?
    Typically, orders are processed within 30 minutes.
  3. Who should I contact if my order fails or takes longer than expected?
    If you’ve made a payment but haven’t received crypto, please reach out to the respective third-party service provider via their official Telegram groups. For other inquiries, please contact us at support@bitget.com.
  4. Does the support team provide an additional tracking page for missing or failed orders? Currently, we only have an order page available for checking third-party transactions.
  5. What happens if an order fails? How long does the refund process take, and who should I contact if I haven't received my refund?
    In most cases, third-party service providers distribute the crypto to users rather than issuing a fiat refund. If you have made a payment but haven’t received crypto, please contact the third-party service provider through their Telegram group. They will assist with processing the transaction.
