Strategy did not carry out any stock sales or Bitcoin purchase operations last week
PANews reported on February 18th, according to the 8-K report released by Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy), the company has not sold any Class A common shares under its stock trading plan, nor has it purchased Bitcoin. As of February 17th, MicroStrategy held 478,740 Bitcoins, which were acquired at a price of approximately $31 billion USD. The average purchase price was about $65,033 USD per Bitcoin.
