BlackRock executives remain silent on potential Solana ETF
According to a ChainCatcher message reported by The Block, when Rachel Aguirre, the head of BlackRock's iShares product division in the United States, was asked whether there were plans to launch a Solana ETF, she did not give a specific answer. Instead, she reiterated that the company will focus on three core principles.
"Firstly, what do customers need? Secondly, what is this investment philosophy? Not all cryptocurrencies are the same in the world of cryptocurrency; this investment philosophy is very important. Thirdly, is it suitable for an ETF structure? Is there enough liquidity? Can it support transparency and so on? So our principles remain unchanged whether it's active management strategies or strategies using options and other derivatives or even strategies in the field of cryptocurrency."
