The DeFi lending protocol Nostra has temporarily suspended borrowing related to xSTRK and sSTRK due to price data errors
ChainCatcher reports that Nostra, a lending protocol in the Starknet ecosystem, has discovered serious errors in its price oracle, causing the prices of xSTRK and sSTRK to be erroneously inflated by about 3 times. To prevent unnecessary liquidation of user assets, Nostra has temporarily suspended borrowing functions for both and advises depositors to withdraw their collateral as soon as possible.
Due to a lack of backup oracles, Nostra indicates that similar risks may still exist in the future.
