Bitfarms and Macquarie Group have reached a preliminary private debt financing of 300 million US dollars for the construction of HPC projects
According to an announcement by Bitfarms, the company has reached a preliminary agreement with Macquarie Group to obtain up to $300 million in private debt financing for the development of its data center and high-performance computing (HPC) project at Panther Creek in Pennsylvania. The first $50 million will be drawn upon signing the agreement, with funds used non-dilutively for early construction.
