Morpho Labs announced on its X platform that after continuous investigation, it has been confirmed that the Morpho frontend is safe. Users do not need to take any additional measures. Morpho stated that at 4:44 a.m. Central European Time today, the Morpho team had discovered and fixed the frontend problem. Next week, the team will share a detailed article explaining the reasons, scope and solutions.
According to previous news monitored by Shield Patrol, an address may have suffered a loss of $2.6 million due to an attack exploiting a vulnerability in the Morpho Blue frontend. The attacking transaction was preemptively executed (frontrun) by well-known on-chain arbitrageur c0ffeebabe.eth with funds ultimately transferred into address 0x1A5B…C742.
