Law firm Pomerantz announces class action lawsuit against digital asset marketplace Bakkt
law firm Pomerantz has filed a class action lawsuit against Bakkt, a digital asset market listed on the New York Stock Exchange, involving whether Bakkt and some of its executives and/or directors were involved in securities fraud or other illegal business activities.
It is reported that Bakkt previously disclosed that Webull Pay will terminate its commercial agreement with the company starting on June 14, 2025, and in the nine-month period ending on September 30, 2024, and the full year ending on December 31, 2023, Webull accounted for 74% of Bakkt's crypto service revenue, while 98% of Bakkt's revenue comes from crypto services.
