CNAD, Former Goldman Partner, and Others Submit Cross-Border Regulatory Sandbox Proposal to U.S. SEC to Promote Regulatory Innovation in the Digital Asset Field
According to a memorandum released by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Crypto Assets Special Task Force on April 22, 2025, Perkin Law Firm, the National Digital Asset Commission of El Salvador (CNAD), and former Goldman Sachs partner Heather Shemilt submitted a cross-border regulatory sandbox cooperation proposal to the SEC. The aim is to promote regulatory innovation in the digital asset field. The proposal provides the SEC with an opportunity to collaborate with international regulatory bodies, supported by practical data, to formulate and enhance the U.S. digital asset regulatory framework.
