Bitcoin Market Share Briefly Surpasses 65%, Reaching Highest Level Since February 2021
According to a report by Jinse Finance, data from TradingView shows that Bitcoin's market dominance (BTC.D) rose to 64.86% today, briefly surpassing 65%, marking a new high since February 2021. The high Bitcoin market dominance indicates a lull in the altcoin market, but it also suggests that a market rebound is imminent. According to previous historical data, when Bitcoin's market dominance reached 60% last November, altcoins began a mini bull market. In 2019 and 2021, Bitcoin's market dominance also reached a high of 70%, followed by a general market rally.
