The three major U.S. stock indices opened significantly higher, with the Nasdaq up 4.16%, the Dow Jones up 2.59%, and the S&P 500 up 2.9%. The seven major U.S. tech stocks surged at the opening, with Amazon up over 8%, Tesla up over 6%, Apple up over 5%, Meta up over 6%, NVIDIA up over 4%, Google up over 3%, and Microsoft up over 1%.
