According to a report by Jinse Finance, a dispute occurred when U.S. President Trump met with visiting South African President Ramaphosa at the White House on the 21st. The two engaged in a heated debate over whether "white genocide is happening in South Africa." Ramaphosa stated that Trump needs to listen to the opinions of South Africans. Trump responded by saying there are so-called "thousands of stories" and "documentaries" about the situation in South Africa, and then instructed staff to play a video allegedly about "violence against white South Africans." Trump also referred to so-called "news articles" to emphasize his point, claiming that white South African farmers are facing "death." After the video ended, Trump and Ramaphosa repeatedly discussed the current situation.
