According to a report by Jinse Finance, a U.S. federal court (the U.S. Court of International Trade) on Wednesday blocked the implementation of President Trump's "Liberation Day" tariffs, ruling that Trump's imposition of comprehensive tariffs citing trade deficits and other reasons under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act was an overreach of authority.
