The U.S. Trade Representative's Office Extends Partial Exemptions on Section 301 Tariffs for China
According to a report by Jinse Finance, on May 31 local time, the United States Trade Representative's office announced an extension of the exemption period in the 301 investigation into China's actions, policies, and practices regarding technology transfer, intellectual property, and innovation. These exemptions were originally set to expire on May 31, 2025, but have now been extended to August 31, 2025.
