The value of attention extends far beyond the crypto industry and is crucial in broader domains.


Many times, a decent product may have few users, while a mediocre product can achieve widespread adoption simply because its distribution is more effective.


In the crypto space, it's the same: even the best product can experience accelerated growth with the boost of attention — we've already seen examples like hyperliquid skyrocketing in market share since its TGE (Token Generation Event).

If attention can bring value, can it also drive valuation?


1. For non-meme projects, my framework involves an indirect relationship between attention and valuation through user growth and investor education:


·Attention → User Growth → Stronger Fundamental Data → Potential Token Purchase

·Attention → Investor Education → Potential Token Purchase


This is actually a standard operating model for listed companies in the traditional financial market:


·The marketing department is responsible for reaching the "top of the funnel" → User conversion

In the crypto field, attention is even more valuable for two reasons:

Regarding "attention," there is a key point that must be understood—where the attention comes from, and in what form it appears, is crucial.


For example, some projects aim to maximize volume, like Loudio, so they opt for an algorithm that leans more towards "casting a wide net" rather than content quality or depth.


Conversely, some projects focus more on concentrated, in-depth discussions surrounding a specific product, such as Infinex.


Kaito's role is to customize support directions for different projects. In doing so, users also benefit: whether it's project education or brand awareness—you can discern a project's positioning from what content they are willing to incentivize/recognize.
