Bitget Wallet and Tether Discuss the Future of Stablecoin Payments at Solana Summit Roundtable

Web3 wallet Bitget Wallet attended the Solana Summit 2025 roundtable forum "The Future of On-Chain Payments, Finance, and Consumption," where it joined industry representatives from Tether, Venta, Ripe, and others to discuss how stablecoins and decentralized finance are reshaping global payment, credit, and financial access pathways.
Bitget Wallet pointed out that as the main interface for users to enter Web3, wallets are key to making cryptocurrency practically usable. The team is working to lower user barriers through features such as gas abstraction, real-time cross-chain bridges, and integrated payment gateways.
At the conference, Bitget Wallet's Payment Business Manager Xavier Ow Yeong shared the latest developments in the wallet's crypto payment field, including the integration of Solana Pay, support for local QR code payment standards, expansion of crypto card services in Asia and Europe, and support for users to directly book hotels, purchase game points, and gift cards through the in-wallet app store, further promoting the practical application of stablecoins in global daily life.
