Farcaster Co-Founder: Limited Edition NFTs to Be Airdropped to the First 10,000 Pro Subscribers Next Week

Dan Romero, co-founder of the decentralized social protocol Farcaster, stated that Farcaster Pro will airdrop limited edition NFTs to the first 10,000 professional subscription users next week. The NFTs will appear in the users' Farcaster app wallets, and users can send them to other wallets.

Additionally, three professional subscription benefits expected to launch the week of June 16 include: content publishing with 10K characters, four embedding features (including images, videos, URLs, CA, and mini-apps), and a new profile banner image feature. The professional subscription contract on Base is still being finalized, which will support USDC payments, allowing users to subscribe on a monthly or yearly basis without permission. The FIP release is delayed until Monday.
