US Senate Budget Chairman: Trump's "Beautiful Bill" May Be Cut, Plans to Introduce Branch Bills for Step-by-Step Progress
According to a report by Jinse Finance, U.S. Senate Budget Committee Chairman and Republican Graham is preparing for the possibility of key provisions being cut from Trump's "Beautiful Bill." His solution is to introduce other tax reduction and spending cut bills to advance the goals step by step. Graham stated, "The current legislation is not the final result, and if necessary, there may be a total of three partisan bills. We will first try to reach a compromise on this bill, and then we have two more bills to advance. The President wants to achieve some policies, such as tax exemptions for tips and overtime pay. All of these may be difficult to fully incorporate into the bill. Therefore, we need to introduce the largest possible bill that the market can bear, but also understand that more bills will be introduced. The core challenge facing senators is how much more can be done at this stage of the process."
