Germany, France, and the United Kingdom propose negotiations on Iran's nuclear program

German Foreign Minister Waddafur stated that Germany, France, and the United Kingdom are ready to immediately hold talks with Iran regarding Tehran's nuclear program in order to ease tensions in the Middle East.
